This program features Iowa's most innovative superintendent preparation program.

The mission of SJHE is to offer the opportunity for students to engage in rigorous study of higher education and social justice. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of privilege and the multiple forms of oppression at the individual, group, institutional, and systemic levels, and acquire the knowledge and skills to work actively against oppression for social and economic justice.
