(Higher Education Graduate Student Organization)

HEGSO purposes include aiding members by:
- providing a support system that includes social, academic, and professional support.
- complementing academic coursework through topical programs, discussion, and fellowship.
- providing an orientation to first-year graduate students in higher education.
- serving as a liaison between students and faculty.
Membership
Membership consists of any ISU students currently enrolled in a Higher Education course. No dues are collected, and all interested students are invited to attend HEGSO meetings and events.
