Welcome to the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies website at Iowa State University! ELPS is a graduate-only department offering Master of Science, Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. ELPS is also home to the Research Institute for Studies in Education (RISE), which supports excellence in research, evaluation and assessment for ISU and the state of Iowa.
