•  Co-chair of Latino Student Retention, Institute of the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education

•  Co-director of the National Women's Studies Association Women of Color Leadership Project

•  Program Co-chair, American Educational Research Association Critical Educators for Social Justice Special Interest Group

•  Program Co-chair, Association for the Study of Higher Education section on Social Context and Foundations

•  Co-director, Scholars and Advocates for Gender Equity -American Educational Research Association Pre-conference
